Something Old, Something New, Something... Vintage Jen?

Well I recently got a new printer (the old one was bleeding me dry in ink costs) and with it came a new scanner with an auto-sheet feeder so I decided it was time to put it work and finally scan in some old photo's from the ancient past/pre-digital camera days (you know, the late 90's to early 00's). In any case, I hope that I'll be able to continue this series of posts throughout the summer allowing you all to join me as I take a stroll down good ol' memory lane... I like to call this first installment Vintage Jen. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. (Click on the image to enlarge.)

Apple Drops Hints of iPod Phone

From digg: "Four trademark applications submitted earlier this month by Apple are adding grist to the rumor mill concerning the launch of an iPod phone, which has been the subject of speculation almost since the launch of the company's popular digital-music player. Here comes the phone..."

Even after the dissapointing partnership between Apple and Motorola with the ROCKR I am still very excited about the prospect of a iPod phone purely produced from Apple. I mean come on, we all know that the ROCKR was just them getting their feet wet before diving in on their own at some point anyway. Read the article and take a moment to comtemplate this: What IF my IPOD was also a phone? See, now we're talkin.... ;-)

"One More Thing" from Macworld

Today at Apple's annual Macworld Conference CEO Steve Jobs introduced his traditional "One More Thing" product to an eager audience and it was well worth the wait. The new Macbook Pro, Apple's first Intel Based Laptop
sports dual cores in either 1.67 or 1.83ghz and may very well be the "fastest notebook ever" according to Jobs. Other products announced today were the new intel processor iMac and updates to the iLife and iWork software suites as well as new features on Apple's .mac service.

Needless to say I am excited about all the annoucements and most definitely see a new Macbook Pro in my future very soon. Check out the video webcast of the entire event or click on the links above for more info.
